As a team member, I can post a new topic anonymously so that we can have discussions as a team around a subject (work, event announcement, some fun, sports etc.).

Easily manage mentions in threads

When using the '@' character in a comment's thread, the user can easily select the nickname of someone participating in the conversation. The person who was mentioned will be notified by email.

Bad Mood Streaks

A new card appears in your Timeline when someone is going through a tough time. TeamMood detects a bad mood streak when a person shares 3 consecutive bad moods. This alert invites you to show your support for the person and start a specific discussion.

You can express what seems appropriate to you (ask for the problem, offer your help, share your feelings about the situation, etc.). This may be a first step to facilitate in-person discussion at the next team meeting.

Company organisational structure

You can now add more informations about your organisation structure for your teams, so that you'll be able to filter data at higher levels.

For instance, you can put teams into one "Department" called "Marketing", so you can get aggregated view from all teams belonging to the Marketing department.
