You can ask anything to your teammates on TeamMood, but it's sometimes hard to find the right question.

That's why we now added some suggestions to give your inspiration.

Some examples:
"Describe your team in one word."
"What's your favorite band?"
"Do you think you get enough feedback about your work?"
"What challenges or roadblocks are you facing currently?"
etc.

Just give it a try and feel free to share some suggestions too 🙌

You can now create Kudos from your timeline. 

Thank someone, congratulate the team on a success or celebrate the new hires easily with this new feature!

Select one or more or even all of your teammates, add the intention of your congratulations. We suggest some message content, but you can add your own message.

Write or personalize your message and that's it! 

Your teammates will be notified of this good vibes and can react on your Kudos.

We added a new widget on the Timeline that shows latest activities of the team.

Some infos are displayed, such as the last Topics to discuss, popular comments, mood streaks etc. so that you'll have an overview of all important topics on TeamMood.

We have analyzed usage of the Bad Mood Streaks feature since their introduction. 

The detection of these sequences allowed the teams to show their support or to offer their help in many cases to people in bad pass thanks to a card specifically displayed to them (see the help article for more information).

Taking into account user feedback and noting that the majority of team interactions take place early, we decided to adjust their display in the Timeline.

From now on, instead of repeating indefinitely, the "Bad Mood Streaks" cards will be displayed when a team member gives 3 consecutive "bad" moods on the day of the last given mood. If he/she continues to give "bad" moods, the card will only be displayed once more on the day of the 4th "bad" and will remain fixed at this one.

The cards presenting your various feedbacks are now presented in a single column to allow you a more fluid reading and to prepare for future improvements on the Timeline. 

From now on, TeamMood will give you some tips to get the best value from the platform.
