We have added a date selector in the Reporting page to allow you to choose the period suited to your needs, instead of only having access to previous week/month.

Trends are now calculated relative to the previous date range of the same length (if you select dates from the 8th to the 14th of the month, the reference period for comparison will be the 1st to the 7th of the same month).

When you join a discussion on a teammate's post, you now have options to easily toggle your anonymity and add emoticons or gifs to enrich your comments. These options are available for any type of discussion, whether it's about a mood, an issue, a question or a Kudos.

It's now super easy to ask a question to the team and to share an issue that you are having.

Just click on the relevant button on the Timeline, and see what your teammates think!

As it is not always appropriate to respond to a comment made by your teammates with "Agree" or "Disagree", we have extended the reactions for mood comments, topics and kudos.

You can now express your joy, amusement, amazement, confusion or sadness, as well as your agreement or disagreement, by using the 'React' button just below each comment.
