Enhanced Team Manager Insights & Actions

At TeamMood, we believe that effective leadership is crucial for a happy and productive team.

We're introducing a new set of features designed to provide managers with deeper visibility into their team's activity and equip them with actionable insights. This will enable them to identify potential issues early and facilitate more effective team support.

Value:

Poll library

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Poll Library! This feature is designed to provide you with inspiration and ideas for creating impactful polls for your team.

The Poll Library is a collection of pre-written questions that you can use to gather feedback on a variety of topics, such as team morale, communication, productivity etc. You can also use the Poll Library to customize your own polls.


With the Poll Library, you can easily find the right questions to ask to get the insights you need to improve your team's performance.

Here are some of the benefits of using the Poll Library:

Enhanced Poll Privacy: display or hide your name when posting polls.

We've added a new feature that gives you more control over your poll authorship! You can now choose whether your name is displayed or hidden when posting a poll. This is perfect for when you want to gather feedback anonymously or post on behalf of someone else.

In step two of the question creation wizard, just choose to hide the author, as shown below:

This powerful new feature lets you tailor your mood check-ins to gain deeper insights into your team's well-being.
