We're excited to announce a significant enhancement coming to the TeamMood polling feature! We're introducing a new capability that will allow for richer, more detailed insights from your team.

Now on, poll creators will have the option to enable a free-text comment field for any poll question they create. This means that when your team responds to a poll, they'll have the ability to:

  • Explain their ratings: Provide context to why they chose a particular star rating in a satisfaction poll.

  • Elaborate on their answers: Add details to a "Yes" or "No" response, or clarify their choice in a multiple-choice question.

  • Share additional insights: Offer general feedback or provide further thoughts directly related to the poll question.


This improvement will allow for more nuanced feedback, helping teams gain a deeper understanding of responses and fostering more comprehensive communication.

We added more roles on TeamMood depending on what users want to achieve, such as just accessing the data, or sharing moods or for administrative tasks.

Improved UI for anonymity in the discussion

We changed the component to choose between anonymous and non anonymous comment, by also changing the working from anonymous vs signed:

  • For Teams: Experience more proactive and supportive leadership, leading to improved morale and engagement and the feeling to being heard.

Team activities (moods, kudos etc...) are centralised in the same place and managers can act upon the feedback, for example, create a question related to the comment in order to deep dive into the topic.
