📈 New: Master the Long Game with Recurring Polls

One-off questions are great for a snapshot, but understanding the "why" behind team dynamics requires seeing the "how" over time.

We’ve introduced Recurring Polls to help you move from reactive fixes to proactive leadership. Now, you can automate your feedback loops and visualize trends on the topics that matter most.

What’s New?

  • Automated Scheduling: Set any poll to repeat on a weekly or monthly cadence.

  • Trend Identification: By asking the same question at regular intervals, you can now track the "delta"—see exactly how workload, clarity, or morale shifts across different project phases.

  • Set and Forget: Configure your recurring pulse once, and TeamMood handles the rest, ensuring you never miss a critical check-in.

Why use it?

Instead of wondering if your team is feeling burnt out this week, you can now look at a 3-month trend line. It’s the difference between seeing a rainy day and understanding the climate of your team.

How to get started:

When creating a new poll, look for the option in the Schedule settings. Choose your frequency, and you’re ready to start gathering longitudinal data.

Not sure where to start? Try these recurring templates:

To get the most out of trend tracking, we recommend setting these up on a recurring basis:

  • The Workload Pulse

"On a scale of 1-10, how manageable was your workload this week?" Goal: Identify burnout trends.

  • The Alignment Check

"Do you feel you have all the information you need to do your job effectively?" Goal: Track if communication is improving or degrading during long projects.

  • The Growth Metric (every month)

"In the last 30 days, have you felt you’ve had the opportunity to learn and grow?" Goal: Monitor long-term engagement and professional satisfaction.

  • The Process Friction Check

"Are our current tools and processes helping or hindering your speed today?" Goal: See if new software or workflow changes are actually making an impact.

Poll Results Are Now More Insightful

We're excited to announce a major update to the TeamMood poll feature! We've improved the way poll results are displayed to give you a clearer, more comprehensive overview of your team's feedback.

Now, when you send a poll to multiple teams, the results view provides three distinct perspectives:

1. Aggregated Results

Get a quick, high-level overview of the entire organization's responses. This new aggregated view shows a single, consolidated result for all teams combined. It's the perfect way to see overall sentiment at a glance.

2. Team-by-Team Breakdown

Dive deeper with detailed results for each individual team. You can now see how each team responded to the poll, making it easier to identify differences in opinion or areas for celebration between groups.

3. A Centralized Comment View

We've created a dedicated section to view all comments from every team in one place. You no longer have to navigate through individual team results to find feedback. This centralized view allows you to quickly scan, read, and understand all the nuanced insights your team has provided.

This update makes it easier than ever to analyze feedback, understand team-specific needs, and act on insights from your polls.

You can access to this view from your Polls.

We hope you enjoy the new, more powerful poll results!
